SPEAKER GUIDELINES
- All the presentation should be Mac compatible and should be submitted to meeting manager in advance so that it can be loaded on a computer for effective and efficient projection to the audience.
- Please choose the font size and colour keeping in mind that it should be readable from the back of the meeting room. Slides consisting of extensive text should be avoided.
- Include your conflict-of-interest statement in the first slide of your presentation
- All the speakers are requested to report to the chairman of their assigned session before the starting of the session
- Speakers are requested to adhere to the assigned time frame for the presentation. A timer with the allocated time for each speaker session will be clearly visible on the podium/lectern.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Each poster presentation will be provided with a 4' x 4' poster board area and mounting pins. The board will indicate the poster number in the upper right or left corner.
- Presenters are responsible for mounting their posters 2 hours before the allotted time of the poster session and removing them as soon as the session ends.
- The text used in the presentation must in a large enough font (~20 point font) to be read easily by attendees from a distance of 4 to 5 feet or more. Any image or graph if used should be large and legible.
- The presentation should be in proper sequence: Introduction, development, result, and conclusion.
- No commercial activities or any advertising may be displayed on the posters. Non-compliance with this rule will result in the poster being removed.
- The presenter should be present near his or her poster throughout the poster presentation session.
Cancellation policy
- Registration and Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- There will be only 2.5% deduction on the total amount for all the registration cancellation requests received 40 days prior to the commencement of the meeting.
- Only half of the total amount received for registration will be refunded if the cancellation request is received between 40 to 20 days before the commencement of the meeting.
- The registration amount will not be refunded if the cancellation is not informed before 20 days of the starting of the meeting.
- Accommodation can be cancelled before one week of the check-in date for full refund. There will be no refund if the accommodation cancellation request is not raised before one week of the check-in date.
Cancellation of an event:
- We reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Organizing Committee reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself.
- Our maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fee and accommodation charges (if booked through us). We accept no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred.
